Campaigns let you send a message to a large number of contacts at once — with built-in anti-ban protection, scheduling, and delivery tracking.
Step 1: Prepare Your Contact List
Go to Contacts and make sure your target audience is imported. You can import contacts from CSV files or sync from Gmail. Tag contacts with labels to organise them into target groups.
Step 2: Create a Campaign
Navigate to Campaigns and click "New Campaign". Give it a name, select your target contacts or group, and compose your message.
Step 3: Write Your Message
Write a compelling message. Use personalisation variables like the contact's name to increase engagement. You can also attach images or documents.
Step 4: Configure Sending Options
- Send Now — starts delivering immediately with smart delays
- Schedule — set a future date and time for delivery
- Batch Size — control how many messages are sent per session
Step 5: Monitor Delivery
Once your campaign is running, use the Queue Monitor to track progress in real time. You'll see sent, pending, failed, and delivered counts.
Pro Tips
- Start small — test with 10–20 contacts before scaling up.
- Avoid sending campaigns during late-night hours in your target timezone.
- Review your message for typos and formatting before sending.
